The first comment feature is accessible on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
To know if the first comment feature is available, just select an account and see if the "First Comment" button appears in the post window.
If it does not show up you can go to the "Social Accounts" section and click on the "reconnect" button to add the right to comment and activate the feature in Nonli.
To create a first comment you just need to create a post. Here we write a message and we select an account on which the right "first comment" is activated. We then add a comment by clicking on the first comment button. To make the example more real we will add here a link to an article from the New York Times. We paste a URL and automatically Nonli will transform the link into a shortlink tag. Which will create a shortened URL automatically in the first comment.
We create a message automatically thanks to the "smart message" and we remove the [SHORTLINK] tag because it is already present in the first comment. We publish our post, once the post is published, we click on the name of the social account to be redirected to the post. You can see that the first comment is not available immediately. You will have to wait a few seconds for the comment to be available on the social network.
After a few seconds, it is now available under the post with a shortened URL that was automatically added by Nonli by replacing the [SHORTLINK] tag. Clicks on this link will be automatically visible on the post in the Nonli interface.
